Eritrean ID Individuals of Eritrean Origin are required to submit the following for Eritrean ID application: - A complete application form
- Empty form with only finger prints and signature
- Four ID photos (3.3cm x2.5cm) (both ears clearly visible)
- Copy of Father’s/Mother’s Eritrean ID
- Deposit slip clearly showing the amount deposited
- A self addressed prepaid registered envelope – preferably courier
