ID Replacement

Eritrean ID holders are required to submit the following for replacing a damaged or lost ID:

1. A complete application form
2. Empty form with only finger print and signature  
3. Four ID photos (3.3cm x2.5cm)   (both ears clearly visible)
4. Evidence of complition of Recovery Tax
5. Deposit slip clearly showing $170.00
6. A self addressed prepaid registered  envelope – preferably courier
