New Eritrean Passport

Eritreans holding a National ID are required to submit the following in order to obtain an Eritrean Passport .

1.  A complete application form
2. Six passport– size photographs (both ears clearly visible on white background )
3. Copy of Eritrean ID (Both sides)
4. Evidence of completion of Recovery tax
5. Deposit slip clearly showing the amount deposited
6. A self addressed prepaid registered  envelope – preferably courier

Passport fee/s are as follows:

Process time:- approximately 6 weeks

Passport  validity is 2 yrs from the date of issue
