Passport Replacement Eritrean Passport holders are required to submit the following for replacing out of pages or lost /Renew expired Passport: - A complete application form
- Six passport– size photographs (both ears clearly visible in white background)
- Copy of Eritrean ID (both sides)
- Evidence of completion of Recovery tax
- Police Clearance for lost Passport
- Recent passport if run out of pages
- Deposit slip clearly showing the amount deposited
- A self addressed prepaid registered envelope – preferably courier
