Underage Inclusion in Parent's Passport

Eritrean Passport holders are required to submit the following for including underage child/ren in to their Passport:

1.  Complete application form
2. Original Passport of Parent
3. Two passport– size photographs (both ears clearly visible in white background)
4. Copy of Eritrean ID (both sides)
5. Evidence of completion of Recovery tax
6. Birth Certificate of the child/children
7. Deposit slip clearly showing the amount deposited
8. A self addressed prepaid registered envelope – preferably courier

Passport Replacement fee/s are as follows:

Normal	AUD 60.00
Urgent	AUD 80.00
